-development of the commercial law, its relation to the civil law

-European commercial law

-business (not based on the Trade law), enterpreneur

-business relations and legal requirements

-ensurance of business commitment

-different contracts in accordance with the Commercial Code -business companies:

-companies with limited liability

-joint stock companies

-international and multinational companies

Study Objective:

Goal of the course is to give students basic orientation in the field of commercial legislation. Students should develop their knowledge of the Commercial Code,its relationship to Civil Code and to European commercial legislation.
