Synopsis:

Course introduces methodology and techniques of business management. Business management in ths course is focused especially on Process Control and Activity Based Management. Management accepting integration of functioning and financial state of products, processes and activities.

Study Objective:

Goal of the course is to introduce basic terms and

conceptions in management, to explain the term legal entity

according to the Commercial Code and the Trade Act, goals

and functions of an enterprise, basic managerial activities

including human resources management and company management

and marketing.
