Explanation of basic ekonomic functions and situations. Costs and revenues, expenditure and income. Costs classification and reasons for the classification.

Cost management of operations,processes and divisions: as connected to business management. Costs and capacity. Investment project assessment.

Study Objective:

Goal of the course is to introduce basic economic terms for technically oriented managers. Students will be able to create basic budget of the process or company division and perform easy cost calculation for products or services in accordance with principals of Target Costing. Other manager tools.
