Synopsis:

Creating vs. implementing a strategy. The theory and instruments of change management (ChM) in the area of HR, finance, organisational changes. Aspects of the change management: three levels of activities in making the change happen: meritorious, implementational, organisation and ChM. The process of strategy implementation: planning and management. Change projects specifics. Methodology based on project management.

Requirements:

Completion of basic economic and managerial subjects.

Study Objective:

The course focuses on the theory and practice of the process of change as an instrument for business strategy implementation. It aims at introducing participants to the complex area of business strategy implementation and the patterns of the process of change in organisations. New methods and instruments for planning and management of change will be discussed.
