The subject of „Strategic management“ consists of doing strategic analyses, composing company vision, mission, strategy and strategic scenarios, setting strategies for different managerial areas - like finance, human resources, marketing etc. Students will get familiar with key methodologies and models of strategic management, learn to evaluate different strategic alternatives and manage an implementation process. Change management is an important part of strategic management as well.

To understand the specifics of the mission and strategic management in the context of corporate governance and institutions in general, and the mastery of basic models and practical tools for strategic management with applications in the management of urban development and territorial units.
