General psychology and psychology of personality

Synopsis:

Students develop basic knowledge about personality and individuality, about sources of individual differences among people that may influnce employees working in industrial companies. Students will learn how can human resources managers motivate their employees, create effective working environment and open relations among people.

Study Objective:

Goals of the course are to provide students with basic

orientation in psychological disciplines. Students get the

basics of psychological way of thinking, become familiar

with summary of theoretical and applied fields in

psychology, will understand the basic methodology that

serves as a tool for cognitive psychology, will understand

and develop relations among basic psychological categories

and psychological functions.
