Synopsis:

Students are given basic information about the nature and orientation activities of the general (municipal) police. The main accent is placed on the tasks of each body in the protection of social interests and the associated protection of the rights and interests of individuals.

The examination will be consistently based on a thorough knowledge of current issues and prospects for further practice and development aimed at understanding the basic circuit laws, which determine the types of activities. The aim of the course is to obtain such knowledge, skills and habits that will allow optimal orientation of the body of knowledge in the activities of local (municipal) police, understanding, explanation and control of phenomena, processes and business events in the municipal police.

Requirements:

Knowledge of traffic regulations, active participation in seminars. Successful completion of the credit seminars or processing classified theses.

Syllabus of lectures:

The history of municipal police in the world and us.

Establishment of municipal police in the independent Czech Republic and the independent Czech Republic.

Legal regulations on municipal and police regulations relating to it.

The main differences between the activities of municipal police in larger cities and municipal police. Methods of work of a municipality (municipal) police.

Syllabus of tutorials:

The process of setting up municipal police forces, characteristics of municipal police, municipal police tasks in the tasks of securing public order and local public order. Powers and duties of constables.

Study Objective:

The aim of the course is to gain such knowledge, skills and habits that will allow optimal orientation of the body of knowledge in the work of local (municipal) police, understanding, explanation and control of phenomena, processes and events in the activities of local police.
