The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the ambulance service's most common procedures and solutions. The reasons may be various accidents, emergencies, poisoning and other effects of drugs, injury or sudden failure of vital functions.
The anticipated graduate studies needs to be able to assess the severity of a disorder and/or health emergency and launch pre-medical care. Upon arrival, doctors were able to participate on the basis of the guidelines, the work of the rescue team, know the operation of commonly used medical devices. Therefore, in addition to theoretical training, considerable attention is devoted to practical teaching.

Compliance with the sweat, no credit will a student be admitted to the exam.
The test takes the form of written testu.zkouška: written test (form a, b??, c, d) - a successful test min. 80% correct answers (100% = A, B = 95%, 90% = C, D = 85%, 80% = E).

Rescue System and the five articles. First contact with the patient.
Introduction to KCPR, engineering design.
Unconsciousness. Shock. Release of the respiratory tract. Artificial ventilation, controlled breathing.
Bronchial Asthma. Respiratory insufficiency. Pulmonary embolism.
Ensure venous access. Monitoring of circulation.
Indirect cardiac massage.
Rhythm disorders.
Myocardial infarction. Arterial occlusions. Left-sided circulatory failure.
Stroke.
Hypertensive crisis. Vasovaginalni collapse.
Polytrauma. Chest trauma and musculoskeletal stomach trauma.
Injury.
Febrile convulsions. Diabetic coma.

Pre-hospital Emergency Care (PNP).
Rescue and disaster medicine, the modern concept of emergency services, responsibilities and workload of rescuers. Examination of the patient, securing the patient to be transported.
Allergy - anaphylaxis, a viper bite.
Hyperventilation cramps, burns.
Hypothermia, frostbite, drowning.
Accidental electrocution.
Acute surgical conditions.
Acute ophthalmic medicine.
Subglottic laryngitis. Wounds.
Extremity trauma.
Trauma of the spine.
Stocks of health disturbances. Priorities of first aid operations to reduce damage to the developing organism.
