- Synopsis:

The goal is to basics and civil emergency planning, to the extent necessary for the understanding of security protecting the population against the effects of emergencies or crisis situations of non-military. Course content is focused on the theoretical foundations of solving processes, relations and crisis phenomena in the systems. Attention is also focused on understanding security in national and international scale. Subject solves the foundations of decision-making in dealing with emergencies. Gives information needed for preventive measures. Subject also provide information on the principles of the concept of civil emergency planning in the European Union and NATO, and acquainted with the principles and methodology of providing humanitarian assistance.

70% active participation and performance in seminars,
