Synopsis:

Ethics of environmental and health risks associated with nuclear, biological, chemical, and radiological (NBCR) threats. Analysis of legal documents relating to the protection against these risks, and their ethical foundations.

Requirements:

Elaboration of essay on the topic in the field of bioethics.

Seminar work must meet the formal structure, ie. 5-25 pages of written text. Text can be added graphics, image attachments, spreadsheets or other material that was used when writing.

The work should be structured in the introduction, theoretical and practical part of the conclusion.

The text essay student demonstrates that he can handle a defined range of technically specified topic using literature.

Most are valued his own invention and the benefits and the ability to critically reflect and compare the compile literature, the practical part may be in the form of essays.

Work must include a list of references and resources, quotes, according to standards (ISO 690 and ISO 690-2)

Topics will be consulted with students because of their interest in the issue.

Design topics are located in study materials.

The student selects a topic no later than 8 week semester, he writes the selected topic to form by the teacher.

Students send the seminal work in electronic form in doc format. 14 days before the scheduled date of final mark on the e-mail address of the teacher and himself credit fetches a copy job.

Students graded assessments orally demonstrates knowledge and ability to discuss the issue, defends his views, and argues in defense of seminar work.

First Principles of ethics. Ethics as a philosophical category. Applied Ethics.

Second Bioethics and Human Rights.

Third Ethical codes. The issue of ethics in various professions.

4th Ethics in the IRS. Ethics in public administration.

5th Managerial ethics.

6th Ethical aspects of crisis communication.

7th Ethical aspects in dealing with multiple casualties

8th Ethical approach to disaster victims.

9th Ethical aspects of intercultural communication.

10.Etika and media. Ethics and information technology.

Objectives: Study of the ethical implications of environmental emergencies, along with the health risks associated with nuclear, biological, chemical and radiological (NBCR) risks. Analyses of legal documents relating to the protection against the aforementioned risks, and their ethical foundations.
