Mastering fundamentals of self-defense, focusing on Aikido, Judo and Karate.

Seduction attack techniques to handle. Horns and fighting in a standing opponent to the ground using levers, technology clinches the positions after impact forward and defense in the supine position with a direct attack using a lever.
Defense against kicks, strikes and using judo techniques.
Defending against the restriction by using kicks and judo techniques.
Defence against strangulation from the front using.
The combination of strangulation and clinches using simple techniques.
Addressing situations of self-defense using techniques 3.KYU.
Immobilization techniques for breaking and throwing techniques using 4.KYU.
