Communication is one of the main elements of public health are evaluated. In this area, you must familiarize the student with enough pitfalls to inform openness, but also having access to sensitive and individual approach art. Graduates will be able to handle the complex issue of dealing with people in tense situations and conflict.

Requirements for graded credit
Credit will be awarded to students who obtain a weighted sum of marks for each activity result is less than 2.5.
Credit will be classified according to the specific interval:
A - (1, 1.25>
B - (1.25, 1.5>
C - (1.5, 1.75>
D - (1.75, 2>
E - (2, 2.5>
(T × 0.25) + (E x 0.25) + (A × 0.5)
E - Essay on the range of 750 words.
T - Test in credit week.

Basic principles of communication, group exercise, problem situations, conflicting social situations, stress.
Crisis communication, difficult life situations, frustration, deprivation, frustration tolerance.
Adaptive mechanisms for coping with difficult life situations.
The psychological crisis as a result of extreme stress.
Psychological first aid, psychosocial support.
Stress management techniques, coping with stress - coping.
The consequences of stress (behavioral disorders, neurotic problems, emotional problems, psychosomatic symptoms).
The psychological burden of assisting staff.
Affiliation, empathy, and prosocial behavior.
Model of psychological crisis.
Possibilities of intervention in various stages of mental crisis.
Burnout, transfer trauma.
