The student is familiar with the basics of the issue of clinical disciplines, the most important features of the disease and their treatment options. Emphasis is placed on diseases that contribute significantly to mortality in CR and those which are effective and possibly non-pharmacological prevention.
- Requirements:

Active participation in seminars, including homework. There are two allowable absence, leading seminars shall determine compensation exercise. Larger absence can be excused only for serious and documented reasons and agree with the leader of seminars form of compensation. Another condition is the processing of credit and a successful defense of two seminar papers.

Clinical Propaedeutics I (relationship of health care and patient, ways to communicate with the patient, the importance of history, sampling of case histories, access to the patient, basic physical examination)
propedeutics II clinical (medical documentation, types of laboratory tests, application forms for other types of tests and subsequent treatment, management methods,
security, protection, instrumentation in the laboratory, method of organizing work in the laboratory, principles of work with biological material)

Even the cardiovascular system (congenital and acquired heart disease, inflammation, heart failure, acute pulmonary edema, ischemic heart disease, acute myocardial infarction)
Cardiovascular System II (abnormal heart rhythm, hypertension, hypotension, aortic diseases, diseases of arteries and veins)
foundations of Sports Medicine (overview functional tests used in sports medicine, the current diagnostic technique)
foundations of Nephrology (main renal syndromes, glomerular disease, interstitial nephritis, nephrolithiasis, urolithiasis, tumors, kidney and urinary tract infections, acute and chronic renal failure, dialysis and transplant treatment)
foundations of Pneumology (inflammation, chronic bronchopulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, respiratory insufficiency, bronchial and lung cancer, pneumothorax). Tuberculosis (etiology, symptoms, types, disease detection, diagnosis, follow up)
internal environment (metabolic and respiratory alkalosis and acidosis, causes, diagnosis, compensation)
foundations of Nephrology (main renal syndromes, glomerular disease, interstitial nephritis, nephrolithiasis, urolithiasis, tumors, kidney and urinary tract infections, acute and chronic renal failure, dialysis and transplantation therapy

To acquaint students with basic issues of clinical disciplines, the most important features of the diseases and their treatment options.
In the next part of this course is mainly focus on diseases that contribute significantly to mortality in CR and those where it is efficient and possible non-pharmacological prevention.
