Synopsis:

The goal is explanation, demonstration and training of nursing-specific procedures for working in paramedic prehospital and acute hospital care. The course builds on the knowledge of thefundamentals nursing practice .

Requirements:

Knowledge of the subject of nursing practice.

Mandatory and active participation in seminars, is allowed one absence. In the absence of more compelling reasons (to be documented excuse) is a possible alternative solution, which determines the instructor. Practical mastery of individual tasks during the semester, which will be evaluated by the teacher. Provision of graded credit requires passing a written test. In case of successful completion of the test the student can get 90 to 100 points, which corresponds to the evaluation of work the test result A less than 50 points is rated as unsatisfactory.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation basic and advanced: indication, diagnosis, telephone-assisted Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (tanru), cooperation in the CPR team, CPR in the PNP, the ARO CPR, intensive care and acute intake.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation basic and advanced: CPR training on special models. Airway management with tools and free tools: provide indications DC, DC without securing devices, with aids, alternative methods of ensuring DC, oxygen and inhalation therapy.

Airway management with the tools and without aids. Training in airway management.

Positions in transportation: patient handling and transport in the PNP, the possibilities, the use of special transport equipment.

Positions in transportation: a special position within the patient's resuscitation, intensive care and acute intake. Training in patient handling PNP loading and recovering patients.

Providing outstanding in the field, monitoring of heart rhythm and defibrillation options: options iv.vstupů the bloodstream, ECG monitoring, defibrillation, external pacing.

Thoracentesis: the types of thoracentesis in the PNP, resuscitation, intensive care and acute intake.

Thoracentesis: training assistance during thoracentesis in the PNP and the acute intake. Dispatching rescue service, principles of work dispatcher: legislative environment, MOC equipment, information systems, the MOC.

Dispatching rescue service, principles of work dispatcher: to receive and evaluate the emergency calls, emergency in MOC.

The role of rescuers during mass disasters and unusual situations: classification and types of incidents, special equipment for the MU-specific documentation for the University.

Study Objective:

The goal is to demonstrate the student nursing practice issues specific to working in paramedic prehospital and acute hospital care.
