Synopsis:

To acquaint students with the legislative basis and scope of the IRS in the Czech Republic. Content is focused on the proportion of basic and other components of IRS in the practical arrangements to deal with emergencies in the territory. In addition to the general principles of prevention, planning and preparing for these situations, the emphasis is on practical solutions to the rescue and relief work and protect the population in non-military crisis. Students will also be familiar with the principles of tactical and operational procedures to deal with emergencies, explained the plan for IRS muster.

Requirements:

Preparation, presentation and defense of a comprehensive paper,

70% of active participation and performance in seminars

examination test, 70% claim success

test consists of written part of 60 minutes to 20 questions on the content of lectures, tutorials and independent study and given the oral part of the follow-up only in case of an ambiguous assessment test, or if the student wants to get a better evaluation

evaluation of the test: A - 20 questions correctly, B -19, C -18, D -17, E -15-16 questions correctly

8th Communication and information systems, crisis management,

9th Protection and behavior of the population in emergency situations.

10th Flood control, tactical, and screening exercise

6th Week Meaning and method in dealing with the operational management of emergencies

7th week warning and notification, the content and scope.

8th Communication and Information Week IRS systems, types, applications.

9th week basic protection rules and behavior of the population in emergency situations.

10th The main principles of the week, flood control, tactical, and screening exercise IRS.

Study Objective:

To acquaint students with the basic orientation, which relates to health status, respectively. rescue system, the security system of the Czech Republic and overview of the basic tasks of pre-hospital care providers within the health services.
