Lectures are covering the development of the concept of ancient architecture (layout, spatial and structural), style and composition im different territories - Egypt, Grecce, Rome at the end in Western Europe and its newly etablished states. Detailed analysis of selected monuments important for development of architecture within periods of interest is part of the lectures. Relations between society and architecture.
