- Synopsis:

Properties and realization of semiconductorelectronic elements, amplifier, A/D and D/A converters. Transistor as a switch element. Combinational and sequential logic circuits. Computer architecture - von Neumann concept, base cycle of computer, instruction set, processors, hierarchical system of memories, controllers and peripheral devices. RISC architecture. Realization of FPGA , application of PLC systems. Microcomputers on chip and microcontrollers.
