Synopsis:

Properties and realization of semiconductorelectronic elements, amplifier, A/D and D/A converters. Transistor as a switch element. Combinational and sequential logic circuits. Computer architecture - von Neumann concept, base cycle of computer, instruction set, processors, hierarchical system of memories, controllers and peripheral devices. RISC architecture. Realization of FPGA , application of PLC systems. Microcomputers on chip and microcontrollers.

Knoledge of basic properties of semiconductor electronic elements, logical circuits, architecture of PC and their components. Also knoledge of FPGA, PLC and microcontroller
