Students will learn the principles, definitions, characteristics and components of business process modeling, collaborative modeling, and enterprise modeling, and their interrelations in real life business settings.

The emphasis of this module is on achieving two major objectives. First, to be able to discuss and understand complex business processes, actors network, and actors interactions in intra- and inter-organizational processes. Second, to be able to discuss and understand collaborative systems, their application in modeling and simulation of complex business processes and enterprise and organizational modeling. These notions and concepts are formulated in an emerging approach called Collaborative, Participative, and Interactive Modeling (CPI Modeling).
