- Synopsis:

Latin alphabet, pronunciation, stress - Greek alphabet. Latin, English, German and Russian words to be used by healthcare professionals. Common terms for parts of the body, general medical expressions and descriptive terms concerning diseases and injuries. Terms concerning basic medical material and equipment. General terms related to the first aid. Important information about the patient health condition, medical dispatch form. Terms for fractures, wounds and injuries. Names of different types of diagnoses and prognoses. Names of different therapeutic procedures.

Successful completion of a written test.
The test consists of the following components:
Part One: vocabulary. (translation from the Latin words into the language. Vocabulary for names of individual organs and body parts)
Part Two: diagnosis (diagnoses of translation to and from the Latin language)
Part Three: diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (translation to and from the practice of the Latin language)
The test contains 10 questions overall proportionally distributed to various parts of the test.
In case of successful completion of the test the student can gain 70 points, equivalent rating A.
