Synopsis:

The course deals with architecture since its beginnings up to the culture of Ancient world, ending with the fall of the Roman empire.

Study Objective:

The course makes the students acquainted with the ancient development of architecture, of materials, of building constructions, and basic architectural terms, which are valid in modern architecture as well.
