Recognition and assessment and the specification of problems to be solved in the planning documentation., The basic principles of urban planning applied to the planning of basic themes: natural conditions, settlement and housing, recreation, production, transportation - in terms of limits, values and risks for each theme

Practical knowledge of problems concerning the surveys and analyses in urban planning and skill in the application of non-statutory analytical planning materials, i.e., the identification and evaluation of the area's conditions and development, of its values, the restrictions of the changes in the area due to public interest protection, the area's sustainable development developmentitionand , adn assessmentfinding out and assessment ofin the area changesrestriciton
