Synopsis:

The topic of the subject is focused on manufacturing of power electrical machines and devices from construction and technological point of wiev. Main part of the subject is devoted to transformers and rotating machines, namely their magnetic circuits and windings. Some parts of subject are oriented on manufacturing of power semiconductive devices.

Requirements:

Presence at practical training is obligatory.A student has to obtain a credit before an examination.A knowledges of lectured matter and laboratory tasks will be required at examination.

1/ Constructional and technological preparation of the manufacturing

2/ Manufacturing of shafts and frames of rotating machines

3/ Magnetic circuits of transformers

4/ Magnetic circuits electrical rotating machines

5/ Winding of transformers

6/ Winding of stators of AC electric machines

7/ Insulating systems and their diagnostic

8/ Winding of rotors of asynchronous machines and turborotors

9/ Winding of rotors and poles of DC machines

10/ Manufacturing of commutators

11/ High and very high voltage switch devices

12/ Manufacturing of power semiconductive devices

13/ Manufacturing of power semiconductive converters

14/ Reliability and diagnostic of semiconductive devices

Study Objective:

The aim is to introduce materials and production technologies, transformers, rotating electrical machines and electrical appliances and power semiconductor devices.
