The course contains basic knowledge, essential for design of control block
algorithms for power electronic equipments, semiconductor converters and
electric drives. Signal types and circuits for their adjustment and
processing, applicable technical means based on analog, digital and
microprocessor technique, sensors and actuators and rules for a realisation
of systems are examined.

6. Examples for solution of basic control algorithm blocks
7. Signals and their processing in electric drive technique, analog and
digital control
8. Signal conversion and mathematical operations with analog signals
9. The basic connection of analog regulators, usability, setup of regulator
parameters
10. Circuits for adjustment of signals, galvanic separation, switching pulse generation
11. Logic functions and circuits, logic kits, methods of design
12. Circuitry controller, microprogrammable controller, phase hinge,
interface circuits
13. Sensors and actuators used in electric drives
14. Cabling of automatic control systems, interference and protection
