- Synopsis:
-
The aim of this subject is to present new ways and principles of analog circuit design, especially with respect to the analog signal pre-processing for digital signal processing and transmission systems. An attention is devoted to the current-mode circuits, wide-band building blocks, fast active devices design, integrated, continuous-time filters. The part, oriented to the sampled-data systems, explains the SC and SI circuit principles and operation. Describes the basic building blocks, their non-ideal behavior and design rules. A typical applications of SC and SI circuits are presented, namely for sampled-data filters and D/A and A/D converters.
