Introduction to law problems in enterprise, interpretation of basic law theory terms, meeting valid law regulations (civil code, trade code, craft law, work code and civil court rules), law analysis of cases of founding different types of trading companies including suggestions of record to companies´register, meeting protective instruments in court, law analysis of main types of work - law contracts and trade - obligatory contracts
