Synopsis:

The aim of the course is to get overview of the field of the climate of interiors and technical means of its setting. Having mastered the necessary light and thermal quantities and laws the fundamentals of lighting, heating and air conditioning of interiors are explained with regards to energy savings in the object.

1. Objective and subjective factors determinating the comfort of interiors

2. Light radiation, basic quantities in lighting techniques

3. Light sources and luminaires

4. Basic principles of lighting and theory of color

5. Interiors lighting

6. The procedure of artificial lighting system design

7. Basic thermal quantities

8. Energy flows in tenanted buildings

9. Thermal comfort of a human being and its numerical evaluation

10. Heating system design

11. The problems of the wet air and air conditioning

12. Possibilities of computer simulations of buildings behavior

13. Determination of simultaneous load of buildings

14. Principles of building connection to the network dimensioning, rate policy

2. Basic calculation in lighting techniques

3. Measuring of selected parameters of light sources

4. The design of lighting system of a room using the luminous flow method

5. Verification of lighting system of a room using the luminous point method

6. Discomfort glare evaluation and evaluation of color perception

7. Basic thermal calculations

8. Heat transfer in a composite wall, convection heat exchange

9. Thermal comfort of a human being and its numerical evaluation - example

10. Heating system design - example

11. The use of enthalpic diagram of the wet air

12. Computer simulations of buildings behavior - examples

13. Determination of simultaneous load of building - example of calculation

14. Heating building connection to the network dimensioning - example of calculation
