Technology and design of distribution and end user equipments. Technology and design of distribution boards, frame, shielding, cooling. Cable technique, contacting, cable bedding, cable accessories. Selected problems of control system design, the influence of industrial environment. The technology of electric apparatus. Safety and electromagnetic compatibility. The put of new equipments on the market. Standards and laws. Practical examples, excursion.

2.The demands and influence on the equipment. EMC, safety, standards, quality, economy, environment...
3.The distribution desk, technology and construction, different aspects.
4.The technology of power transfer - cables, cable contacting, cable shielding, cable bedding, environment, EMC.
5.The selected problems of electric apparatus - switching equipments, controllers and indicators.
6.The technology of power converters and theirs application. The cooling systems.
7.The technology of industrial control systems.
8.The technology of electronic and optical communication. The contacting, shielding, EMC, environment influence.
9.The declaration of conformity, the conformity assessment.
10.The safety of electrical devices, demands, standards, testing and measurements.
11.The EMC, demands, standards, tests.
12.The quality assurance, the consumer point of view.

Graduates are able to choose cables and compare their parameters and install them into industry equipments, they are well-educated in installing power converters and in introducing power equipment on market.
