Synopsis:

Systematic access to projecting of manufacturing technologies, technical preparation of production, analysis of production programs, creation of manufacturing procedure diagrams, capacity calculations, manufacturing layout, automation of production, production lines, flexible systems, significance of using of computers in different types of technological processes.

Requirements:

A student has to obtain a credit before an examination. To get credits student has to satisfactory finish his/her project. Additional information exists on web page of the course.

2.Methods of the projecting, analysis of production programs

3.Analysis of a starting state, analysis of technology of manufacturing

4.Variants of a flow of material and their analysis

5.Relationships of activities, an integrated diagram of production

6.Methods of calculations of machines, workplaces, areas and workers

7.Modifying conditions, selection of an optimum disposition

8.Structure of an enterprise, types of buildings

9.Projecting of automated production enterprises

10.Projecting of workplaces with robots and manipulators

12. Automation of typical technological processes
