Synopsis:

Principles of construction design and technological process of the electronic circuits realisation. Effect of construction design upon reliability of an equipment, electromagnetic and thermal interference. Technique and practical realisation of printed circuit board design, computer support. Technique and practical realisation of devices mounting. Testing and debugging of realised circuits. Course with project.

Requirements:

The credit reguirements: seminar presentation, realization of electronic circuit, protokol of circuit realization and the student must obtain minimally 50 % of avaliable points in the tests.

Study Objective:

A student are well-educated of properties of fundamental electronic devices, theit application at realization of electronic circuits, technology of ralization of PCB and methods of actuating of electronic equipment
