Synopsis:

This subject contains a review of classical automation equipment. Operation principles, main parameters and characteristics and industrial applications of continuous, discontinuous, logical and fuzzy devices are discussed.

3. Parameters and characteristics of industrial sensors and tranducers

4. Continuous controllers design, types

5. Bumpless switch circuit, fixed feedback

6. Discontinuous controller design, types

7. Equithermal control, control of heating

8. Parameters of industrial digital PID based controllers

9. PID control law modifications, self-tuning algorithms

10. Elimination of disturbances. ARW circuits

11. Equipment for a logic control

12. Fuzzy control, theoretical introduction

13. Fuzzy control systems, examples

14. Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators

6. INTRON analog PID controller. Bumpless switch circuit

7. OMRON C20K control system example

8. MITSUBISHI F2 control systém example

9. OMRON FZ 001 fuzzy unit, application

10. OMRON E5AF fuzzy controller, setting, characteristics

11. Position and speed control. Practical aspects

12. Level and flow control. Practical solution of elments
