Synopsis:

Sensors and microsensors for use in biomedicine. The physical principles of semicond. sensors and microsensors, classification, parameters, design, integration, construction, processing of sensor signals, linearisation, calibration, intelligent sensors, application of sensor ?temperature., pressure, optoelectronic, fibre optic, radiation, chemical and biochemical, mechanical, level and flow, ..., microactuators and microsystems in medicine. Nanotechnology and its medical applications.

2. Static and dynamic parameters, characteristics, calibration

3. Sensors for measurement of temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, position, taktil sensors

4. Pressure microsensors in biomedicine

5. Microsensors for magnetic quantity measurement. Magnetoresistor, Hall and ferromagnetic sensor

6. microsensors for radiation monitoring

7. Fibre optic sensors in biomedicine

8. Chemical microsensors

9. Biochemical microsensors

10. In-vivo microsensors

11. Microsensors for pO and pCO measurement

12. Potentiometric chemical sensors

13. Sensor signal processing

14. Microactuators and microsystems in medicine
