Synopsis:

The aim of the subject is to provide the students with basics of the treated topics, namely of etiology and pathogenesis of diseases including genetic conditional nature of some diseases. Regressive and progressive changes, hypertrophy, tumorous growth. Typical reactions of an organism: inflammation, system reaction, multi-organ affection. Necropsy, biopsy, autopsy. Pathophysiology of individual functional systems of human body. Methods for monitoring of vital functions. Pathological anatomy in oncology. Pathology of infectious diseases.

2. Regressive and progressive changes, hypertrophy, tumorous growth

8. Pathophysiology of load, influence of movement, immobilisation, sport

9. Pathophysiology of nervous system and kinetic apparatus

10. Disorder of inner conditions, kidney and hormonal regulations

11. Development and aging of organism. Atherosclerosis

12. Pathophysiology and pathology of pulmonary diseases, diseases of gastric systém

13. Pathological anatomy in oncology

14. Pathology of infectious diseases
