Synopsis:

Specific legislative conditions for telecommunications solutions designed for ITS systems, quantification of telecommunications system parameters, relation between telematic (ITS) and telecommunications performance indicators, available tools for management of required telecommunications performance indicators limits namely within the data IP based networks,

Typical data telecommunications solutions (backbone and access) applied within ITS.

Requirements:

Understanding of legislative conditions in telecommunications, basic principles and scale of tools for telecommunications services provisioning, typical public and private backbone and access solutions, voice and data solutions and their convergence, oriantation in ITS.

Study Objective:

Understanding of telecommunications solutions possitioning in ITS applications, performance indicarors in system requirements quantification, identification of requirements on communication solution described exclusively on higher hierarchical levels of the ITS system, design od appropriate telecommunications solution.
