Review of elementary mathematics and physics. Equations, inequalities, functions, especially exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric, complex numbers, sequences, geometric series, combinatorics and analytic geometry in plane. Physical units, kinematics, elasticity of isotropic media, mechanics of fluids, geometrival optics, fundamentals of physical description of the world.

2. Fundamental quantities of physics, units, dimensions, systems of units.
3. Graphing functions.
4. Kinematics, selected simple examples, (uniformly accelerated motion etc).
5. Exponential and logarithmic functions.
6. Elasticity of isotropic media.
7. Complex numbers.
8. Mechanics of fluids.
9. Trigonometry.
10. Geometrical optics as an example of a phenomenological theory.
11. Sequences, geometric series.
12. Composed optical systems, optical instruments.
13. Analytic geometry in plane.
14. Fundamentals of physical description of the world.
