The course is open to students who are beginners in their second language. Course objective: Achieving competence in basic English.

Course objective: Achieving competence in basic English.
Listening: Dialogues (shopping, free time, conversation in restaurants, orientation in cities).
Reading: Informative texts, current news, simple technical text.
Speaking: Greetings, introductions, travelling, conversation in shops ans restaurants, polite request, asking and explaining the way, narration, daily activities
Writing: Writing about personal experiences, holidays, family, surroudings.
Grammar: Expressing the present and future, questions, negation, plural form of nouns, personal, demonstrative and possesive pronouns, definite and indefinite articles, word order, the most common prepositions and adverbs,countable and uncountable nouns, modal verbs.
