The object of the subject is to provide an integrated explanation of procedures and methods, enabling the gaining of knowledge and skills for the praparation and implementation of business projects. The subject deals with the principles, methods and practises of planing and the management of individual project implementation as well as issues relating to the creation of suitable organisational environment. Attention is also placed on team project management.
