Synopsis:

Electrochemical sources of the electric power - overview. Primary cells and accumulators. Methods of accumulator charging. Alternative sources of electrical energy. Uninterruptible power sources and their control. Sources for electrochemical production processes and their control. Environmental aspects of the electrochemical sources and production processes.

Requirements:

A student has to obtain a credit before an examination

7.Alternative sources of electrical energy - principles, application

8.Uninterruptible power sources (UPS) - fundamental principles, characteristics

9.Control of the UPS

10.Systems of uninterruptible energy supply, electrochemical sources,dieselgenerators

11.Electrochemical production processes - galvanizing processes, electrolysis

12.Special sources for electrochemical production processes

Study Objective:

A student are well-educated of properties of fundamental type of the eleectrochemical sources, theit application at realization of electronic circuits, technology of realization accumulator systems and methods of actuating of electronic equipment
