- Synopsis:
-
After a short introduction from the theory of information lectures are focused on getting a theoretical and practical experience in the field of communication in distributed systems. Next important parts are transmission path review, coding and decoding, modulation for analog and digital signals. Layered ISO structure with detailed description of physical layers and their using in distributed systems (field-buses). EMC issues are mentioned as well. The exercises are oriented on applications in distributed systems for measurement and control technique.
