Synopsis:

Typical strains of electrical apparatus applied in electric drives. Motor outlet protection. Applications of fuses, circuits breakers and contactors. Basic properties of protection devices. Over-voltage limiting elements. Interrupting of short circuit currents. Power circuit breakers. Planning and dimension design of switching installations.
