Synopsis:

Modern drive block diagram, control hierarchy, basic blocks of controllers, coupling of controller with environment, Realization of main blocks. Systems for drive design. Basic theory of logic control, methods of logic control design. Drives for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Cooling). Electric drives in cars. Drives for machine tools. SRM and there electronics. Drives for computers (disc memories, ventilators) and there electronics. EC motors and trere electronics. Drives for hand tools. Lift drives and there control. Elaboration of project documentation, record of project changes

Requirements:

Active participation on labs (max. 3 excused absencess), elaboration of check test, presentment of own lab works

Syllabus of lectures:

1.Block diagram of modern drive, control hierarchy, structure approach to the drive design.

2.Basic blocks of controllers, coupling of controller with environment.

3.Systems of drive design.

4.Basic theory of logic control, design process by logic control development

5.Electric drives for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Cooling).

6.Electric drives for cars.

7.Drives for machine tools.

8.SRM and there electronics.

9.Linear motors and there electronics, piezo-motors and there electronics.

10.Electric drives for computers (disc memories, ventilators) and there electronics.

11.EC motors and there electronics.

12.Electric drives for hand tools and washing machines.

13.Electric drives for lifts and there control.

14.Elaboration of project documentation, record of project changes

2.Examples of the realization of GI and controller components.

3.Realization of simple control schemes.

4.Examples of using of the electric drive design systems

5.Excursion to cement factory in Radotín.

7.Examples of practical tasks from the linear motor LINMOT programing.
