Design of electric drives - industrial projection procedures. Drive selection considering properties of driving object. Drive component choice and dimensioning: power supply, switching apparatus, protection, electric motor.
The individual drive parts verifiyng.

2. Individual driving machine characteristics, considering: load type, application mode, starting
3. Drives with wound-rotor induction machines, starting equipment
4. Low voltage controlled drives with frequency converter
5. High voltage controlled drives with frequency converters
6. Controlled drives with frequency converters - energetic and radio disturbances, economy aspects
7. Drives with synchronous machines fed by semiconductor converter
8. Drives with DC machines with independent excitation fed by semiconductor converter
9. Drives with DC machines with serial excitation fed by semiconductor converter
10. Drives with special motor construction
11. Compensation units - static, dynamic, filtering, estimation of energy saving
12. Technical documentation, technical standards, quality standards - ISO 2000, standard harmonisation
13. Reliability, working life , maintenance, diagnostics
