Synopsis:

The course is intended for students of Cybernetics and Measurements branch.

Include the complex electronic systems design, electronic processing of

analog, pulse and digital signals, design of control and power electronics

of system with power suppliers, converters, microcontrollers, input and

output subsystems, power amplifiers, etc., electronic design with CAD,

simulation, reliability and EMC. A part of laboratories is a individual

project of the electronic system with CAD.

Requirements:

PN junction, Devices with PN junction. (characteristics, parameters, application fields)

MS junction, Devices with MS junction. (characteristics, parameters, application fields)

Transistor NPN, PNP; physical principles, properties, states, boarding value, basic circuits, working conditions. Linear equivalent circuits and differential parameters.

JFET a MOSFET; physical principles, properties, states, boarding value, basic circuits, working conditions. Linear equivalent circuits and differential parameters

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Principles of the design, realization and application of electronic

systems

2. Signal processing, its shaping in linear and non-linear circuits

3. Basic principles of logical cells

4. Basic application of logical circuits (combination circuits, monostable

and astable flip-flop circuits)

5. MSI and LSI logical circuits (sequentional circuits, memories)

6. Electronic systems with microcontrollers (application principles,

subsidiary circuits)

7. Input and output subsystems of microcontrollers applications

8. Operational amplifiers (linear and non-linear applications)

9. Converters U/f, U/T, U/PWM, number/PWM, D/A and A/D. Multipliers

10. Active filters, filters with switching capacities

11. Control systems for power electronics, power switching elements

12. Continuous and switching mode power supply devices

13. CAD in electronic systems. PCB design

14. Analog and digital simulation, reliability, EMC
