The course is not on the list Without time-table
Code Completion Credits Range Language
X32MTT Z,ZK 5 2+2s Czech
The course is a substitute for:
Microprocessor Technology in Telecommunications Systems (32MTT)
Lecturer:
Tutor:
Supervisor:
Department of Telecommunications Engineering
Synopsis:

The lectures make students familiar with principles, architecture, hardware design and programming of microproces-sors in typical applications in telecommunications. Both general and particular features of modern microprocessors are demonstrated on the communication processor IP2022. Digital signal processors in telecommunications applications and their difference to the communication and general purpose processors are discussed. The detailed discussion of HW and SW topics is accompanied in seminars by the programming of the microprocessor IP2022 with special em-phasize upon particular functional blocks. Critical parts of the code are developed in assembler, more complicated code is developed in C.
