Synopsis:

Course is determined for students of master study programmes at Department of Management and Economics. Since graduates of this specialization mostly head into business activities in enterprises, appears highly efficient provide them basic knowledge concerning of legal framework of business activities and some important related institutions.

9.Business commitment relationships.

10.Responsibility in business commitment relationships.

11.Labour elation law relations in business.

12.Selected problems of securities (stocks).

13.Insolvency of enterprisers.

1. Introduction

Entering tasks. Course credit requirements. Recapitulation of business regulation foundations.

2. Fundamentals of Trade law

Verification of knowledge of trade operating conditions. Procedure for reporting trades and requests for concession.

3. Commercial Register

Practicing methods of initiating proceedings in cases of incorporation

Copies of the Commercial Register

Court fees for managing the matters of trade register

4. Commercial companies

Verification of knowledge of arrangements for establishing the company

Writing a social contract establishing a commandite / limited partnership

5. Business obligations

Verification of knowledge of legal reasons for appearing and extinguishment of commitment

Differentiation of absolute and relative business

Practice of commercial contracts

6. Labor relationship in business

Verification of knowledge of arrangements for termination of employment
