Synopsis:

The key objective of the course is to create a project of Management Control of an Enterprise which respects key integration links and illustrate how to manage integration with regard to increase performance management. By application of Integrative Controlling Concept to state the integrative features of recent managerial tools. To the course objectives belong also to demonstrate the tight link between the suitable application of integrative features of managerial tools and enterprise performance. On prepared advanced models are showed the key integrated links and integration features of managerial tools.

The seminars have a project character and ¨the team cooperation among the students is stressed. The course summarizes skills and knowledge gain in previous courses and utilizes them by design complex project of model enterprise.

Requirements:

1.Final report to the complex project.

2.Final presentation of complex project.

3.Partial presentations to milestones.

4.Partial tests.

5.Final test.

Syllabus of lectures:

1.Introductory test of knowledge and skills. Summary to Enterprise Management Control (MC) model design. Introduction to software models, which are on disposal during the course.

2.Summary to the enterprise marketing a planning.

3.Managerial tools and their key integrated features - an overview. Test 1.

4.Milestone 1 - presentation of 1. project-phase. Cost control - summary.

5.Interaction between the natural and financial enterprise plan.

6.Milestone 2 - presentation of 2. project-phase. Test 2.

7.Tools for strategic MC and their integrative features.

8.Summary to capital and investment control.

9.Milestone 3 - presentation of 3. project-phase. Test 3.

10.Development strategy implementation and investment assessment.

11.Milestone 4 - presentation of 4. project-phase.

12.Completion and presentation the complex project. Final test.

13.Projects assessment. Final summary a concluding remarks.
