Synopsis:

The course is suitable for intermediate students who have an equivalent command of the language as someone who has completed book one of a language school text book. Course objective: Basic communication and an introduction to specialised German.

Course objective: Basic communication and an introduction to specialised German. Topics and situations: Working day, sport, free time and interests, hotels. Technical texts and terminology: SHandling basic technical texts, computers, describing devices. Grammar: Past tense of mixed and irregular verbs, infinitives with „zu“, temporal information, past participle.
