Lift characteristics of aircraft. Contribution of wing, body, horizontal tail areas and lift mechanics in the overall lift. The influence of Earth proximity on lift. Lift calculations within the bearing surface theory. Resistance characteristics of an aircraft, different components of resistance, contribution of different parts of the aircraft. Aircraft polar and its alternative forms. Moment characteristics of an aircraft (static stability), neutral point positioning. Influence of compressibility on lift, resistentce and moment characteristics. Characteristics of dynamic stability in longitudinal and side movements, aerodynamic derivation. Aircraft controlability, forces in control considering manageability and dexterity. Design of tail areas.
