Synopsis:

The course describes the fundamental acoustic quantities and their electroacoustical measurement. The course deals with microphone calibration, sound intensity measurement, measurements of acoustic transmitters and basic measurements in technical audiology and in engineering acoustics.

4. Reciprocity method for microphone calibration

5. Mesuring rooms for electroacoustic and acoustic measurements

6. Microphone calibration in free and diffuse field

7. Acoustic intensity measurement. Intensity sensor and its calibration

8. Measurements of acoustic transmitters. Measurement of acoustic power

9. Artif. ear and mouth. Calibration of headsets. Basic meas. in technical audiology

10. Hydrophon and its calibration

11. Meas. of acceleration, velocity, displacement and mech. imped. Accelerometers

12. Calibration of accelerometers. Impedance head

13. Measurement and analysis of noise and vibrations

14. Fundamental measurements in room acoustics
