Synopsis:

Subject Control Systems deal with control systems structure and their realisations. There are discussing basic principle of work of different basic parts of control systems. General point of view is completed with concrete industrial examples of mentioned blocks. Technical applications are connected especially with the machine tools field.

2. Control systems inputs. Input elements HW realization

3. Input signals dataprocessing

4. Input intelligent subsystems. Signal processors in input blocks

5. Power outputs in control systems. Realization of HW actuators

6. Output intelligent subsystems. Signal processors in output blocks

7. Control systems algorithms. Realization means for design of control systems

8. Operational subsystems of control systems. Algorithms making

9. Control algorithm HW and SW solving. Special algorithms

10. Means for control system complex algorithms design

11. Principles of real-time technology control. Fault detection

12. Network and parallel control systems. Parallel control algorithms

13. Control systém reliability, verification and back-up

14. Professional instruments for control systems design

2. Algorithms of control system design. Control system based on PC

3. Control systems behavior verifying in critical situations

4. Control system design completion with process of visualisation

5. Design of control system completion with historical processes

6. 2nd laboratory work determine. Programming technology of PLC

7. PLC main program design and verification

8. Main program completion with timing and interrupt procedures

9. Control systems behavior verifying in critical situations

10. Solving problems connected with data visualisation and archivation

11. 3rd laboratory work determine. Design of professional control systém

12. Control and visualisation algorithm design in professional environment

13. Designed control system completion with data of technology archiver

14. SW system behavior verifying in critical situations. Evaluation
