Electrical properties of MOS structures, MOS capacitances, C-U characteristic, enhancement and depletion MOST, LDD structure, latch-up. Some aspects of CMOS IO fabrication. Layout topology and design rules. Scaling, Sub micron MOST. Design of basic CMOS IO blocks. Bipolar integrated circuits, BiCMOS. Passive IO structures fabrication and its models. Integrated circuit reliability and testing.
